Purpose, Outcomes and Next Steps
While we learned a lot and have ideas on how to strengthen the training, we met all of our goals. All the participants had an opportunity to dig into the content and to practice presenting sections of Being the Change. With limited time to prepare, the member presentations were overall very creative and well done. They all received helpful feedback to strengthen their own trainings in the future. The comments we received from the members were overwhelmingly positive, many sharing gratitude for the space and the connections they were able to make.
Moving forward, we will hold monthly cohort calls for ongoing learning opportunities on the content, analysis and training tools. We will also support members who are planning to offer the training to their staff and members. We plan to hold another Training for Trainers with a date yet to be determined.
